Vultures Lodge is uniquely located at the foot of “Aasvoëlberg”, with breath taking views of the town and surrounding Maluti Mountains.

We offer affordable AA Superior Graded Lodging, friendly and personal service, with exclusive outfitted double en-suite rooms, each with satellite television, private patios and outside entrances. We also feature historic cottages fully equipped for self-catering.

The lodge was named in honor of the numerous Cape Vultures that inhabited the area. Aasvoëlberg, which means ‘The mountain of the vultures’ earned its name from a natural bridge in the mountain which resembles the eye of a vulture.

Our place is child and pet friendly with a lovely big garden, braai and BBQ facilities as well as safe parking. The Reception is open 24 Hours with a wake up call service to guests. Complimentary Tea and Coffee in all rooms.
